Street by street, as they move
One street in Como against the streets around it that TomTom carries, read live. Green is free, amber is slow, red is jammed. The strip shows the day in 5-minute steps, so a slow street at dawn stands out from free ones beside it.

The readings. TomTom's live traffic, read by Trafica every 5 minutes from 05:00 to 10:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, Italian time, and every 10 to 15 minutes otherwise. All the roads TomTom carries in the area, plus measured points with TomTom's own confidence figure. A reading is a speed against the road's free-flow speed; it counts no cars.
The colours. Free at 75% of the free-flow speed or more, slow from 50% to 75%, jammed below 50%. On a two-way street each direction is read on its own and the street shows the slower one. A street the readings leave out shows no data.
